The Belonging Index can help shed light on the state of one’s Catholic school community as a place of belonging. This considers the mental-emotional well-being of a school’s members.
- The Belongingness Index for Students is designed for junior high and high school students to assess the extent to which they feel noticed, named, and known by the adults in the building, while also learning about their views on school safety, academics, student community, and general satisfaction.
- The Belongingness Index for Faculty and Staff is taken by adults in a school. It helps school leaders learn the extent to which employees feel connected to their colleagues while also learning about their views on the effectiveness of school leadership, support for teachers, and commitment to values and mission.
- The Satisfaction Index for Families partners with the student survey. While learning about student belonging, schools also find out how parents and guardians rate student safety, school community, academics, Catholic identity, and general satisfaction with the school's services and programming.
